Written by the staff of Good Vibrations, this book presents superb sex information in an encyclopedic fashion.
How Sex Works, Fenwick & Walker
A fabulous guide to sex for teenagers written in a respectful and useful way. Makes a great conversation starter for parents and kids.
The G Spot, Whipple & Ladas
The book that started all the controversy. Read the original and decide for yourself.
Sex for Dummies, Westheimer
Yep, it's by Dr. Ruth, and it is part of the "Dummies" series, but it still presents a good introduction to the topic.
The New Male Sexuality, Zilbergeld
One of my all time favorites - I recommend this book to virtually all of my male clients. Particularly good section on overcoming male sexual dysfunctions.
Better Sex Through Chemistry, Morganthaler & Joy
A unique book that presents the evidence regarding the sexual effects of various prescription, non-prescription and "alternative" drugs.
Mindblowing Sex in the Real World, Locker
Written by a genuine Gen-Xer, this book gives suggestions about how to keep sex hot in the "age of AIDS."

Men Loving Men: A Gay Sex Guide and Consciousness Book, Walker
Combines good sex information with political consciousness raising.
Susie Bright's Sexual Reality: A Virtual Sex World Reader, Bright
The title says it all!


Erotica

Domina: The Sextopians, Brame
One of the best S/M erotic novels ever written. By the lead-author of Different Loving, this book has an emotional reality and a level of authenticity that is largely unmatched in this genre.
The Erotic Edge, Barbach
A great collection of erotica from new and lesser known writers, as well as the all-time masters such as Anne Rice.
Herotica, Bright
The first in the well-known series of short erotic stories written entirely by women.
Woman on Top, Friday
The latest in the series of collections of erotic writing by women edited by Nancy Friday. This book shows that women can be just as assertive in their sexuality as men (or more so!).
